This one program will certify and train you in six different class types, the fundamentals of anatomy and physiology, biomechanics of exercise, proper form and technique, and the hands on tools of how to lead engaging and motivating workouts. Each class training includes detailed descriptions of how to cue a class, write routines, choose music, make hands-on-adjustments, choose appropriate exercises, form and technique, and video aid for visuals. At the end of this course you will be knowledgable, prepared and a dynamic fitness instructor for a diverse range of classes!
